Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro mainly for Collaboration purposes, Whenever necessary to discuss Different Topics together With the Product Designer to Product Analyst we use Pendo. Also, We Use Pendo when We need to Create GAANT charts and communicate with our Stakeholders about the progress of the project or initiative. We USe Pendo also When we do Brainstorming activities.

  • Ability to Add Multiple Assignee per Shape and Sticky notes per Text row
  • Ability to Add multiple Dates for each line (For TO-Do Purpose)

The fact that there are a lot of Templates is good, and sometimes we reuse these Templates. the bad side is that we need to do a lot of manual jobs whenever we need to create a new template or adjust the existing predefined template. The friction point is high for me
I haven't used much Miro in conjunction with other apps. So I can't give honest feedback about Integrations.
As I mentioned Before, We use MIro Mainly for Collaboration and communication purposes, and it's actually helping us to Communicate Ideas remotely without a problem. Miro board is actually a replacement for Whiteboard for us in a physical board.

Yes

Of course, Above maintained products are not Replacing the Miro and they are solving different problems for us, but there are also a lot of similarities between the products. like Prototyping or collaborating through Figma Boards

Best Suited Scenario: Collaboration in MIro is very easy, We use a lot to collaborate with Our Colleges especially when we are brainstorming some ideas or in the middle of Customer Discovery Less Suited Scenarios - Roadmapping I guess less suited scenario for Miro as templates are not Dynamic, and you need to do a lot of manual jobs
