Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Our organization uses agile methodology across multiple areas, including products. We use Miro for online agile events during the sprints and as a board for collaborative idea development. The latter includes journey mapping, brainstorming, storyboarding, etc.

Pros

  • Journey mapping
  • Brainstorming
  • Mind mapping

Cons

  • Flexible size of post it notes
  • Arrows are sometimes tricky when trying to connect multiple objects
  • improved productivity
  • clear setting of goals
In the beginning, as it may happen with any other new software, it took us some time to get to know the interface, but once we got the hang of it and our Scrum Master helped whenever there were doubts, we manage to integrate Miro to our workflow very easily.

Definitely. I arrived at the company in 2021 when remote working already had some time in, but we started using Miro around the time I started working there. It helped us brainstorm more easily and eventually when moving to work on more creative topics it helped us a lot to hear everyone's opinion on the matter.

I prefer Miro's interface.

Miro is great for collaborative or personal use at work, it allows you to pour ideas in a broad space, which helps to keep the creativity flowing. Its interface is flexible enough to iterate ideas and still keep them organized. It's also great to host events where multiple people are asked to participate.
