Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Our teams collaborate on new product development, design ideas, and virtual whiteboards since many of us are remote.

Pros

  • Features within the whiteboard
  • Templates allow for quick design
  • Ability to be a part of multiple teams

Cons

  • Some of the functionality moving between actions is difficult.
  • Reduced project completion time
  • Quicker and easier collaboration
  • Idea sharing
I think onboarding could have been smoother, quicker and more automated.
We are still working through how the team members will interface with our groups in Azure Active Directory.
It helps us spin up collaboration for projects quickly and easily.

We have looked at Iobeya, Microsoft Whiteboard and others. Miro seemed to be the most versatile from a feature set and was already being used in a limited capacity by our business partners.
Microsoft 365 (formerly Office 365), Adobe Acrobat Reader DC
Our end users are adopting Miro faster than expected. We find many more use cases for it and are excited about the opportunities it will bring to our company.
