Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Our organization uses Miro for - ideation and brainstorming - allow different parties to provide input via real-time collaboration using miro boards - teamwork - sprint planning, arranging tasks, providing an overview of task status, etc It addresses the pain points where other collaboration tools are either not responsive enough, or that the way files are stored makes searching difficult.
  • snappy and responsive
  • rich in features
  • pleasant user interface
  • lack of reference points: similar to notion database, sometimes I want some info to be represented in a different layout in another place
  • deeper integration with other platform like GitHub
  • early adoption here, not much observed yet
Well implemented.
Overall easy to adapt, but you might lose a few automation tools along the way if you're currently using Jira
Greatly. It makes real-time collaboration much easier and fun

Miro is way more snappy and is more flexible
It fits well to teams that are more agile and more open to new ideas, while less suited for teams that are more waterfall and rates systematic higher than a user experience
