Miro is a gamechanging
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro in my daily work to make a to-do list. This tool offers many possibilities for brainstorming with visuals and it also offers a group experience where your team can collaborate and create some professional, personalized visualizations. Also, I use it to create visualizations of projects versus their deadlines and keep track of them in my meetings. Miro has made my job easier with mapping the team versus the tasks we have to do. Now I can have an easy view of whether my team is overloaded or not. I really like how Miro allows its users to make custom views with whatever they want to write and with lots of post-its, layouts, lines, arrows, etc. I highly recommend Miro for daily use at work.
Pros
- Offers layouts of some views and explains the best use of them.
- It has many options to make a visualization with post its, lines, arrows, frames, and figures
- It has an infinite frame, where you can make previews as big as you want.
Cons
- It could allow to custom de colors. Now it has just some options.
- Have facilitated and improved the project progress
- Have allowed to map the wrong process and map the fixes
- Have allowed to map the business target
As a collaborative tool, I can do my brainstorming at the same time my colleagues are doing theirs.
We can also do it in our own time, discussing it there asynchronously.
