Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro to map the sales process of different projects, analyze the journey and explain it to other colleagues and departments. Every project goes through different paths and Miro helps me to identify when different key stakeholders play a role in the project. Miro also helps us to brainstorm ideas and collaborate remotely in real time with different parties.
- Easy to create concept maps.
- Facilitates team work.
- Easy to share projects.
- Online working.
- It should create new textboxes just with a double click.
- It should provide different shapes of the textbox by right click.
- It should have drag and drop functions on the left panel.
- Improve interaction and communication.
- Training of new sales personnel.
- Sharing of new ideas.
The option to collaborate remotely is a great added value to Miro. After a colleague shared a link to see the diagram he has created, we decided to get the tool so the other collaborators can also edit the diagram and contribute effectively to the good execution of the project.

Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Remote collaboration is something that Miro does better than its competitors, also the way to connect different textboxes is easier and more attractive. I would say that different products could deliver the same output, but Miro is the most simple tool to use. Another big added value that Miro has is the possibility to work online without the need of installing software on the computer.
