To plan with the rest of the team.
Pros
- Write down my assignments, and when I plan to have it done.
- Write down the things we need from the other group and the time we hope to get it.
- Find conflicts in group and appoint a meeting about the problems that might come.
- It would be a very good tool for people in general, and not only for work.
- Time management.
- Better communication with the other groups.
- Easier to get the needed info on the projects.
