Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Currently we're using Miro's ideation templates to formalize new business strategies and evolve our services. Miro is helping us activate collaboration and creative thinking within virtual working and hybrid teams. Our scope is focused on evolving our services both short and long-term to deliver current customer expectations in a post-pandemic healthcare setting.

Pros

  • Templates are easy to use and adapt to projects.
  • Encourages collaboration.
  • Use of trending social media features, such as emojis.
  • Little to no learning curve for new users.
  • Multiple collaborators in one board at a time, see who is doing what with audit trail.
  • Colorful and engaging palate, stands apart from other technologies.

Cons

  • Haven't used all features yet.
  • Some users commented it's disruptive seeing all users move around the board.
  • Easier and quicker virtual collaboration.
  • Accelerated project completion.
Upon implementing, licensing model was complex to understand and navigate for our specific team and needs.
Miro was very straightforward to implement within our team.
Miro has allowed us to effectively collaborate virtually on projects within both live and offline settings with global teams with little planning upfront.

Miro is more user friendly and creative with diverse use cases that meet our business needs.
Miro is well suited across industries and professionals of all levels in my opinion. This is an excellent tool for schools, corporate and other collaborative settings. We've seen colleagues at various levels engage with Miro (associates and analysts to senior directors).
