Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Meetings with over ten attendees. We use it for Whiteboarding, Virtual brainstorming, Hybrid meetings, Executive decision-making meetings, etc. Miro is very helpful when it comes to collecting multiple inputs in virtual meetings. It's especially useful when we need to be able to review the inputs later on post the meetings and share the progress with others who were attending.
Pros
- Ability to have multiple folks pitch in their ideas.
- Ability to revisit to update/modify.
- Notifications of all changes.
Cons
- Sticky note toggle.
- To choose if a persons name can be displayed next to the idea.
- To choose to remain anonymous or be seen.
- Encourages more virtual meetings.
- Provides flexibility to edit later.
- Helps in real time engagement.
Miro helps with Hybrid or Virtual meetings as the input can be collected from everyone, not just the folks in the room. It's a very collaborative tool that seamlessly integrates with the org-wide tools that are already in use, and it enhances the effectiveness of the meeting and makes interactions more directed.

Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Miro is an excellent tool that can be used for Whiteboarding or discussions in virtual or hybrid meetings. It's particularly helpful as we can collect, store and review the data later on and also share it with the meeting attendees via emails or notifications. Miro is also helpful when we need to collate information offline and ensure others are able to see it in real time.
