Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We have meetings on weekly basis where we discuss what went well and wrong during the sprint (2 weeks). We use it as a board to easily describe and understand the issues. Also we build blocks and diagrams to describe complex flows in our job. It is much easier to understand the content when we see it and someone presents the board. Sometimes we also have interactive team-buildings on Miro. We use creative emoticons and discuss different issues.
Pros
- Perfect tool for creating diagrams
- It is also creative tool nice for team building
- It connects more tools together
Cons
- Sometimes its hard to move on a board using the touchpad
- Maybe it would be nice to have some full mode and also light mode with just the basic functions

- Voice chat in app
- It definitely helped to save time when different features are presented at the first time
- The project we were working on was really complex and it saved money because all colleagues could share boards
It helped us a lot because we as a company are situated in more European countries and collaboration between colleagues using Miro is real time saver. People can join the board, can write there, use stickers, emoticons, build blocks and everything helps to build a better product at the end of the day.

I only tried Miro because of the super reviews. I think Miro is a leader due to perfect connections of many tools and huge functionality. However it is still easy to use.
