Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We've used Miro to help organize feedback from our stores and also create process maps internally. It was used by a variety of cross-functional team members and served as a central place we saved and captured feedback/next steps. It was something everyone could dive into quickly to use although it did take a minute to become familiar with the interface and controls.
Pros
- Easy to type
- Simple to create visuals
- Able to update visuals, pending teams and preferences
Cons
- The functionality of the board--it was difficult at times to zoom in or find your place
- Not overly intuitive on where to begin to create things
- I had to use the zoom within my Chrome browser to figure out where on the board I was--needed more detailed instructions passed along to start using
- Improved ease of communication
- Improved productivity & tracking of test project
- Teams were able to use the resource when they needed
I think it's helped the organization immensely for something as simple as a store test to capture customer feedback. From what I could tell from other teams, it was leveraged to plan a line and create notes and updates.
