Overall Satisfaction with Miro

It is mainly used as a replacement for PowerPoint in team meetings, it could be used for other things maybe, but it is still very unclear to what extent it can be used. Problems it addresses are mainly not having to make a PowerPoint every time. Also, it is used for showing things easily, like your level of energy/workload and monitoring things (team accomplishments.)

Pros

  • Very adaptable
  • Replacing PowerPoint
  • Showing many different things

Cons

  • More information on what can be done in Miro
  • More premade templates
  • Improved accessibility
In my experience, the people that showed us Miro really were not able to illustrate its added benefits to me, which is why I really am not most positive about it. It seems like an unnecessary replacement for Powerpoint and a dashboard maker.
Not good, because, in my opinion, it tries to replace something that is easier to use.
Maybe, but if so, it is outside of my scope. In my department, it has yet to prove real added benefits.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

No

I used Miro honestly only because the LEAN team advised us to use it and use it in their training. I never use it besides this. PowerPoint will also get the job done, and in team meetings, we do not use any similar sort of application.
I really never use it, and it is because it does not bring anything new to the table, in my opinion.
