Using Miro for effective and interactive meetings, in live meetings as well as digitally.

I use Miro as a digital whiteboard and for project-regular meeting formatting. For Daily Kaizens where only the lead adds and adapts the fields. Another practical use I found is creating a format for group InterVision. In that, all users keep their own specific fields up to date throughout the week, and it can be reviewed/discussed by all other members in the regular set meetings.

It helped get all the team involved and become more active in the meeting.
