Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We used Miro during a specific project so that everybody could share their comments at the same moment, which was indeed very useful. It saved us time as there were nearly 50 people involved, and it will have taken a lot more time to share feedback if not using Miro.

Pros

  • Easiness to use, not so easy if not trained
  • It improved productivity on this project as a time saver
Easiness of use can be improved according to me, as it is not so easy at first sight, especially if you have not been trained before. But after a 20 min use, it becomes much easier, and you can start playing a bit more with the tool. That explains my 7 rating.
The integration aspect is quite good. The tool can easily be used with your existing platform, and according to me, this is the case with different kinds of platforms. Thus it is a tool that can be used for a large number of projects and, furthermore, at an international level.
It has clearly allowed one worldwide marketing project to take place at an accelerated speed, as all contributors have had the opportunity to give their feedback at the same time. A lot of working hours have been saved using that tool, reducing drastically the number of meeting hours. So very useful for international projects.

We did not use or evaluate any other tool than Miro for that project. The tool has been introduced by one of our supplier so we did not have to go through a real evaluation process in that sense.
Miro is well suited in case you need to collect feedback from multiple users, especially if at the same time. I'd say it is particularly useful during some large projects involving a lot of contributors, also from multiple countries, as it will ease a lot of the process in that sense.
