Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to draw flowcharts and make product UI/UC design flow. My use case for these applications was for in-class assignments, internships, and hackathons. Miro has both a web app, iOS app, and a Max App which made it really easy to use and it has real-time collaboration with other team members. I could see their work and their cursor, and it was great to play around with on Zoom calls.
  • Real-time collaboration.
  • Flowcharts.
  • Intuitive.
  • Exporting options were limited in free tier.
  • Easier collaboration.
  • Good free tier.
Miro was made to be easy and intuitive. It works well for a variety of designs, has templates, and has amazing real-time collaboration. It was well throughout and engineered to work great, have a lot of features, and yet be a plain canvas that unleashes your creativity.
It integrates well in my workflow but it’s not a product that integrates like software does so this is kind of not applicable.
Its greatest strength is collaboration. It’s real time, and helps work on projects with teammates when everyone is remote.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is very much like Figma but I prefer the UI for Miro. MS PowerPoint works well for presentations which can be replaced by Miro or Miro can be used to create flowcharts and graphics for MS PowerPoint.
Miro is a great design tool to use in hackathons to make flowcharts of products and in product planning. Miro isn't meant for drawing figures with an Apple Pencil but is more for everything you'd use Figma for.
