Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro is easy to use and very collaborative. It's a must-have tool for every team working remotely or from different areas. I use it mostly to design workshops, share documents and have direct reactions or collaborate in a meeting. It is a great tool to visualize and share reactions.

Miro is easy to use as long as you are tech-friendly enough to discover the tool. Many people are still refracting to the idea of using it. But as soon as they are in a workshop working with the tool, they discover the possibilities and it gets easy to work with them.
I think the biggest problem is that Miro is an "out of the box" tool compared to Adobe or Microsoft toolbox. Meaning we have to explain the added value of the tool while other tools are available without explanation needed. It's another expense for the company that needs to be justified.
Personally, Miro is the app I open as soon as I have to think about a problem. To see my content on one page and move, drag and drop into it with a clear view of everything needed as a lot of value. Then, I can share my thinking without sending a ppt document.

Yes

Miro is easier, especially to make post-its and to lock a frame. It's basic functionality but they are working very well with Miro and it's the most important point in order to involve new people into the tool. Globally, I think Miro is more user-friendly and that's all that matters!
Design workshops and share with a sponsor team in detail how it will work. Miro is great to share reaction and collaborate. However, when you have too much content on one board, make sure to split your content into many boards otherwise it's too heavy for some people with a low bandwidth.
