We use Miro extensively for Agile ceremonies & team discussions.

Cons

  • We should sometimes search for the right space.
  • Zooming feature can be improved.
  • More emoticons or stickers can be added to be cooler.
  • Improved productivity.
  • Quicker discussions.

ServiceNow Now Platform, BMC Helix ITSM (Remedy), Jira Software
It is one of the most user-friendly apps in the team collaborative space. The features are nice and it is very easy to trace back all the discussions. Also, I like the feature to have multiple team boards which is a great addition.
