Gathering ideas from every single one in our team, allows us to express our thoughts in an organized manner, under specific labels, and even color differentiated, just like you would use a post-it sticky note. Everybody in my team works remotely from different parts of the country, and even the world. The use of the MIRO app allows us to feel especially connected as individuals working in the same team that doesn't get to see each other in reality, and allows us to participate freely in a number of a specific topics important to the company and gives us a voice as a group that our leaders can obtain notes from on specifics.
