Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for team collaboration, performing brainstorming sessions, recording processes, project planning, and root cause analysis investigations. This tool is quite multifunctional!

I'd say easy. Access was easy to provide to all associates of the company; people got all the available functions fairly quickly.
VERY EASY! also very intuitive. The more advanced options need a bit of discovery but are not too complex! Very user-friendly.
Increased productivity and all the functions embedded in the whiteboard really helped people to articulate and present their thoughts better. We were able to bring more options and practices into the company that in the past required using multiple tools!

Good but not as intuitive and user-friendly as Miro. For us, that's the key issue. Diagraming you can do with both products, but the collaboration and the ease of use are significantly better with Miro.
What's important for me is the collaboration aspect. We did multiple team collaborations with Miro, brainstorming, project planning, and identification of issues. All worked very well with Miro!
