Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it extensively in product and engineering, from low-fidelity mockups to architectural diagrams. We also use it for communicating across the organization, and miro links routinely pass from team to team or are added to the documentation. Another use case is in any exercise for team building, deep diving, or retros; we also use it. Personally, I also use it in mind maps.
- Low fidelity and medium fidelity new feature mock ups.
- As a basis for group discussions.
- For brainstorm session and to capture discussions with multiple people.
- When too many people are using it a the same time there is lagging and freezing.
- The resources consumed by the app are immense, both in the browser and standalone app.
- Search is not easy and specially when you start having many boards.
- Improved productivity.
- Getting people on the same page visually in a Zoom world.
Exactly that way, we are fully remote, and we use Miro in most Zoom meetings as a basis for discussion.
