Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro is a great collaboration tool, especially when my team is spread all over Europe. We also use this to run ideation sessions with clients. Easy to use and great for both internal and external uses.
Pros
- Intuitive to use
- Copying links gives a small thumbnail
- Can save documents on the boards
- Easy to lock and unlock
- Great selection of templates
Cons
- Integrate video conference into the same tool, so you don't need to have zoom running on the side
- Better selection of music for 'waiting' times during the workshops
- Allow 'matching' of sizing for other boxes to one box (currently, all have to map to pre-defined sizes)
- Reduced cost as more workshops can be done virtually
- Increase collaboration - hence increased quality of outputs
- Increase productivity - a tool for us to quickly compile research, etc., hence a one-stop shop to put everything onto
