Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Use Miro for weekly recapping, assorting product, quarterly/seasonal recaps, building pictures and sharing a lot of information.
This product helps to created a shared workspace where many people can work in one document and all add information at the same time. Also able to add pictures, lists and info at the same time as well (unlike other programs).
Scope of use can be for a small recap, recapping sales for an entire week for each category and a total division/area. Can be great for small or large amounts of info.

Pros
- Shared board to help people add info
- Handle large amount of pictures without creating too big of a file, or slow down file
- Endless board that you can keep adding to and adding
Cons
- Every page should have a mini view to more easily navigate
- Be able to easily link pages together if one page gets too full or slow to load pictures
- More quickly load info, pictures and pages.
- Easier Templates that could be saved and added at will to a page
- Is there an EASY way to email out part of a recap/page?
- Positive - improved way we share pictures/sketches
- Negative - had to make sure everyone has link and has right access. Not as intuitive for VERY large orgs and sharing of info/pages.
Great to help teams that work remotely. But also great even if we are all sitting next to each other to share info and pictures. Biggest part of sharing is how many pics/clippings we can easily share.
Collaboration has been improved as easier to brainstorm, pull pics/info together to create understandable moments, share ideas and more.
