Pros

Create Diagrams: it's really easy to create any kind of diagrams with the existing templates.
Add Notes: with the colored post-it's I find it really easy to add and organize notes in different boards.
Collaborate: Miro is a fun and easy way for the team to work and collaborate in one place.

Cons

Restrospectives: might be nice to have scrum retrospective templates like other players like metroretro.

Return on Investment

Improve team productivity (discoveries, retrospectives, etc. are easier with Miro).

The only one I can think about is that Miro should have scrum retrospective templates.

Actually, it helps a lot. We use it in every project and it is a simple way for the team (that works remotelly) to collaborate.
