Overall Satisfaction with Miro
Miro has been a great tool we started using during the quarantine periods of Covid when working from home became the normal situation. We're using it in various situations, mainly for workshops but also in meetings, to display or draft anything and show it to the audience. I personally like the possibility it provides to collaborate with many other people on the same document, share ideas, etc.
Pros
- Collaboration with other members of team.
- Share and display key info.
- Follow the speaker's mouse on the screen.
Cons
- The tools to be very efficient when in a workshop: the pictures are not always intuitive; I need to look for the squares and the colors.
- The management of the "files"/"boards".
- It's hard to extract the key infos at the end of a workshop.
- Not sure it does, but it's an alternative to physical white boards, as working from home has become the new normal.
It has replaced the big workshops we were doing in physical rooms. And the alternative works pretty well, in my opinion. We are now able to keep what was said during the meeting and come back to the file later to analyze.
