Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Miro has been a great tool we started using during the quarantine periods of Covid when working from home became the normal situation. We're using it in various situations, mainly for workshops but also in meetings, to display or draft anything and show it to the audience. I personally like the possibility it provides to collaborate with many other people on the same document, share ideas, etc.

Pros

  • Collaboration with other members of team.
  • Share and display key info.
  • Follow the speaker's mouse on the screen.

Cons

  • The tools to be very efficient when in a workshop: the pictures are not always intuitive; I need to look for the squares and the colors.
  • The management of the "files"/"boards".
  • It's hard to extract the key infos at the end of a workshop.
  • Not sure it does, but it's an alternative to physical white boards, as working from home has become the new normal.
I'm not concerned by the question.
I'm not concerned, but some integrations with slack or Google suite would help improve some time and quality (I'd stop doing screenshots).
It has replaced the big workshops we were doing in physical rooms. And the alternative works pretty well, in my opinion. We are now able to keep what was said during the meeting and come back to the file later to analyze.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is the first product that I have evaluated.
As I said, I mainly use it in workshops, to collaborate, and also as a whiteboard to draft some ideas during meetings. But it's not as efficient as a physical whiteboard. Moreover, G. Slides goes further in terms of presentation, design, organize your info.
