Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I've used MIRO for whiteboarding, workshopping, prototyping, and other collaborative events. It has been extremely useful having a workspace that persists throughout various workshops and can be revisited months later if needed.

Pros

  • Sticky note whiteboarding.
  • Polling users for their opinion's.
  • Process flows.
  • Prototyping.

Cons

  • Performance issues with a large number of users.
  • Load times on large boards.
  • Unlocked elements moved in error.
  • Reusability of content.
The limitation of 3 boards in the free version can be a bit challenging.
During the lengthy work-from-home period, it was the main tool we used to collaborate and was the closest thing to us all being in a room together.

Well suited for workshopping and whiteboarding. It can be an issue where the audience is much more traditional and used to pen and paper as they struggle to grasp the interactive functionality.
