Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We often use Miro to build dashboards or customer journeys for our website. The whiteboard is super useful when it comes to describing the problem in detail without having too many clusters. Miro provides an excellent overview and is easy to use and navigate. Everyone on the team can get involved without messing up their own workspace/dashboard.

I haven' t participated in the implementation.
Our first big project was done via Miro whiteboard, and it allowed everyone to work effectively without creating chaos and clusters. Functionalities such as 'notes' and comments were often used to indicate a specific issue. Colour schemes were also useful in helping us navigate the status of the project. Overall a very easy and user-friendly experience.

I think it depends on a case by case; for us, its mostly used when managing complex projects where a lot of people are involved. The dashboard enables you to work with different teams, the overview allows you to see a ' bigger picture, and a close-up lets you explore details.
