Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to map our user journeys, as well as to make decisions on which opportunities we'll end up exploring with our products. It's definitely an invaluable tool, mainly because of real-time collaboration, as well as the breadth of tools available within the platform. We can work synchronously but what's really nice (especially for our teams working in multiple time zones) is that we can get updates of changes to a very small level so that we don't miss a thing. The daily digests or updates on what's been changed are also very valuable for us. We use it multiple times a day with multiple teams, so it would be easy to say that Miro has become part of our daily workflow.
Pros
- Asynchronous collaboration.
- Synchronous collaboration.
- Story mapping.
- Wireframing.
Cons
- It could use more wireframing components.
- It could use easier import/export to Figma.
- Reduced meeting time.
- Improved our asynchronous collaboration.
It's been great to do real-time collaboration across three timezones.
