Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro in a variety of different ways in virtual offsites, project planning, and process mapping.

Pros

  • Timed decision tracking.
  • Flow charts.
  • Diagrams

Cons

  • At a virtual offsite it drastically improved productivity.
  • Allowed for better real time collaboration when mapping processes.
The integration with Google Meet is ok but not a game changer, likewise in Jira. I've not seen it integrate so well with a product that I would be tempted to use Miro in that product. I always go back to the Miro window.
Exponentially. I'm sure we've only scratched the surface of what Miro can do, as there are so many ready-made templates to choose from.

Jira Service Management (Jira Service Desk), Atlassian Confluence, Jira Work Management (Jira Core), Google Meet, Google Drive, Zoom
Design thinking and KR brainstorming. Miro has excellent templates for these.
