Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use it to connect our international team in a work-from-home environment, share our research and work together on meetings and workshops, organise our sprints and research plans, and create benchmark boards of our competitors.
We've seen that it is really useful as well when doing team integration activities and workshops with a lot of people because of its tools (clock, drawing, post-its, drag and drop as well as the focus on a member tool)

Pros
- Board navigation (member focusing, movement, shortcuts..)
- Meeting tools (Timer, post-its, comments..)
- Layouts and prefilled boards (Sprint organisation tools and kanban, retrospective..)
Cons
- Boards get really heavy and difficult to manage
- It requires a lot of graphic pc effort
- Requieres a very good internet connection to load even basic boards
- It has improved our team communication drastically (Design team) to collaborate together
- It has been a helpful way to provide workshops with the rest of the organisation
- It has been extremelly helpful sharing our UX research process
Amazingly!
Our team is closer not only to the design team but devs and managers too, we get to participate in workshops and meetings with ease and even do small team integration activities, it is and has been one of our favorite tools since covid, we feel closer as a team and more productive on our meetings.
