Overall Satisfaction with Miro
With the shift to hybrid working, Miro is now an integral part of how we work. It's easy to use, has a great range of features and is always being improved. We used for both internal and external meetings, workshops and presentations.
Pros
- Discovery mapping
- User feedback workshops
- Reviews/collecting feedback internally
Cons
- Couldn't find a good product roadmap template
- can't always easily find the board i'm looking for
- there seems to be workspaces and I get confused which is the correct one. We've often created boards in the wrong place and struggling to access them again. This has also lead to issues with sharing boards with people/giving them the right access.
- It's been easier to scope out new work and features with the team, meaning a better output at the end
It's really helped, it's the only choice for us when we need to kick off a new workstream of jump back into the detail.
