Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use it to explain ideas and share them with others, from basic scribbles to finished artefacts. Miro addresses the business problem of remote collaboration, by enabling everyone to work together in real time as you would in an office, on a whiteboard. It is also easier to use than Microsoft Word or Powerpoint and much more engaging.
Pros
- Provides the flexibility to create whatever you like
- Simplicity, very easy and intuitive for anyone to use
- Engaging and useful features to help in a range of different use cases e.g. workshopping tools
Cons
- Tables can be clunky to use e.g. resizing cells and selecting entire table
- Lock feature - I would like the ability to unlock 1 item, to edit it and then re-lock it with the other locked features - without having to select everything to lock again.
- Email links opening browser - would prefer it to only open my desktop app
- Better communication and collaboration
- Less time wasted hunting for documentation
- Greater employee engagement & enjoyment in their work
