Overall Satisfaction with Miro
I use Miro for a variety of problems. In a couple of words, it is a great collaborative tool that gives you enough flexibility to do whatever you want and need while keeping things easy to organize, navigate and find. It is by far the best tool I have used to thinking about a new problem and come up with some possible solutions before starting the hands on process. After the big brainstorm, you can revisit all of your files, create a beautiful story and leave an awesome documentation.

Cons
- I'd like for something that could help the navigation when the document gets big. I don't know what could help, but if you could create some kind of summary with hyperlinks, it would help.
- I'd like to be able to add some metadata to somethings in the board. I don't want to clutter the board with metadata, but as one of my main uses consists in documenting process and projects, it would be nice to add the metadata in a clean and reliable way.
- Sometimes, when designing something with a lot of steps, I feel that the guidelines could be a bit more customizable or intelligent. Sorry, it is kind of vague.
- Without Miro, we would have lost so much by turnover. Miro keeps it all safe and sound and let us learn from past employees for months and months
- It brings a lot of flexibility and fun to the team, enabling the culture to develop
It's fundamental. I can't see my company working with the same results without Miro.
