Miro allows you to see the big picture
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro to collaborate on process flow documents, and to create story maps that eventually lay the foundation for our epics, features, and user stories.
The business problems the product addresses, is it allows all parties who contribute to the end result to provide feedback real time while in a mtg and also make edits. You can create polls, rooms, etc for PI Planning and agile development

Pros
- granting edit access to boards you don't own
- ability to share a diagram with others real time
- ability for others to edit the board at the same time
Cons
- being able to print an entire diagram for ease of view
- the margins are endless so printing is an issue
- some of the widgets are not really user friendly
- compared to Lucidchart and Visio, Miro is a little hard to navigate at times
- It has improved productivity for documenting complex solutions in an easy readable format
- allows a user to group items for discussion in individual rooms
as being a remote worker and collaborating daily with teammates in other states and countries, this tool has really made a difference in meetings and being able to show the results of the whiteboard session real time
