Overall Satisfaction with Miro
- It's used across organization across all disciplines
- We use it for collaboration
- Most of the client meeting and planning is driven through Miro
- With remote working, this has become a key tool for collaboration and feedback
- For some of the client's whole quarterly plan is done over Miro
- My team uses it for brainstorming, mind-mapping, and Tech Strategy
Pros
- So many great templates available to modify and use as required
- Option to share the board with customers and get feedback
- Tons of tools for integration and plugins which enhances the experience
- Using the timer (focus hrs) to have control on the meeting time
Cons
- Some of the shapes are very rigid and do not provide an option for formatting. The Shape and format options should not be tightly coupled
- Increasing the size of shape resized the fonts which is irritating as it should be left to the user to handle the font size
- The line does not work great
- The formatting option for the shapes should be easier
- Reduce the cost of physical tools and still provides option for great collaboration digitally
- Great tools for increasing productivity by collaborating with team located at different locations across globe
- It helped us keep going and working together with wider team in pandemic when there was sudden decision to work remotely
Miro whiteboard helped us keep going and working together with a wider team during the pandemic when there was a sudden decision to work remotely. I used miro first 10 yrs back and while there was hesitance to go to the digital option for whiteboard, there has been a lot of improvement since then and it has become a matured tool currently, a world without this can not be imagined.
