Overall Satisfaction with Miro

At my company we like to use Miro for multiple reasons: We often host collaborative design workshops on Miro both internally and with clients; we also use Miro as an infinite canvas where we can dump all of our project work from user journeys, to meeting and interview notes. Currently, I am using Miro to organize process flows.

Pros

  • Collaboration
  • Platform to host workshops
  • Design by using shapes and connectors

Cons

  • Sometimes shapes don't provide gde lines to align with each other
  • Some shapes only allow text to be input in one font/color
  • More emojis
  • Improved organization
  • Reduced number of locations needed store flows
  • Improved design speed
Works pretty well when it comes to dropping in slides from google
Yes! We've had teams working together from all over the country on there.

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

MURAL is Miro's evil twin... Miro works way smoother and seems to be the more updated version of the two.
Miro has been particularly helpful when conducting collaborative, virtual workshops with both our clients and internal employees. For example, we wanted to host a workshop for our clients to answer a series of questions in a live setting. Miro made it easy for them to all log on as guests and drop stickies with their answers.
