Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Our company use Miro to draw flows, diagrams and share them among teams.

Pros

  • can create line connection easily
  • select objects and copy as image
  • share the board with email address, just like o365

Cons

  • need to be more flexibile in color and font
  • 23 improved productivity
  • effcient communication
I have not integrated Miro with any other products, but I can't skip this question
Miro offers great collaboration, our team members is from multiple countries (CN, IL, US, RU...), in Miro we can see other's actions in real time, so we can share the info even without presenting the desktop.

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

The Miro is suited in situation that we need to draw a flow which is big and changing, the Miro provides great UX to do it, and also it can be shared to team members easily.
When I need to do sth. needs specific font or color, I need to go back to ppt, because Miro doesn't have such feasibility.
