Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use miro to organize not only our project's research, analysis, and insight but also for managing our team files and growth. At some points in the project, we use Miro to facilitate our design workshop with our stakeholders.

  • Taking time to load the file and hard to navigate inside
  • Since the miro board is really wide, I wish I can mark points and navigate faster to one point to another. Good for presentations or facilitating sessions

  • Great storage to put lot of file in one place
One time I try to integrate Miro with Microsoft teams. It went well and was easy to set up. I can get notifications if there is a comment on the Miro board. It helps me to be proactive on every update given by the team.
Yes, we feel that also. We can collaborate with various stakeholders in one place at one time. It also helps us generate many ideas and strategies with the pencil, sticky notes, and the connection between sticky notes.

The reason we select Miro is due to the lot of files and resources we put in there. If we switch up to another app will take a lot of time to move the file. Aside from that, Miro already covered many features that all the competitors have and with Miro we can integrate with various services.
Miro is suitable to facilitate more than 30+ people inside due to the ample space. We can accommodate and facilitate extensive sessions in one platform without hassle. But the downside is, when the material inside the file is getting much bigger and lot of people inside it can be laggy for some people who don't have enough compatibility running miro.
