Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We mainly use Miro for user flows and collaborative discussion before wireframing.

Pros

  • User flows.
  • Brainstorming.
  • Workshops.

Cons

  • Visual UI.
  • Shortcuts not coherent with other design softwares.
  • Confusing software architecture.
  • Performance.
  • Easier sharing of concepts.
  • Quicker collaboration on boards.
It works ok, but the confusing structure of the software is hard to decipher for non-operative people.
It's not easily integrated with Figma, the main design software we use, which makes the transition from flows to wireframes and screens quite complex.
It definitely helped with a team working remotely in 4+ time zones.
