Nice tool to organize teams!
Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We use Miro boards for our planning. We have boards where we locate the feature sticky notes and the corresponding effort. Also, we use the MIRO for brainstorming, design thinking, and icebreakers.
Pros
- Board distribution flexibility.
- All kinds of tools and extensions are available for different needs. Text, sticky notes, frames, links between things, attached documentation, images, voting system, etc.
- Sharing process with the rest of the team. It's very collaborative.
Cons
- The historical changes are difficult to traces.
- Increased our team backlog organization.
- Increased the team collaboration.
- Reduced the complexity.
It interconnected all our company teams doing the PI and Iteration planning. Without Miro it would be chaos.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
I wasn't involved with the implementation phase
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
Google Jamboard has the possibility to organize the work with sticky notes, but it's missing a lot of functionalities, and sharing system is not good. Also, we are using the metro retro webpage for the retrospective. For us, it's very simplified to have the retros organized, and it has minimal tooling and functionalities to make a retro meeting.
