Overall Satisfaction with Miro

At Bain, we majorly use MIRO as a collaboration tool. We use it with clients for Agile ceremonies like sprint retrospectives, high-level sprint planning, brainstorming sessions, and prioritization exercises. In our Engineering team, we use it for drafting Enterprise Architecture diagrams, Data flow diagrams, etc. To visualize project timelines, we use MIRO for project planning and to create roadmaps capturing key milestones.

  • Search functionality within the boards.
  • Fantastic Collaboration.
  • Increased Participation.
  • Better Productivity.
I have integrated this with Slack, and I love receiving the updates on Slack.
MIRO has helped in bringing more participation from the team and in better expressing individuals' ideas.

Best as a collaboration tool and can also be used to project planning at the Epic level (Agile). But for task management on a daily basis, MIRO may not be a good tool. Best to run ideation exercises and workshops with the team and to use it as a whiteboard to capture the team's temp check.
