Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We typically use Miro for process flow mapping, brainstorming/ideation, and design drafting. We use it primarily for highly collaborative exercises where not everyone can be physically in the same room.

I haven't integrated Miro with anything (yet).
Miro creates a common virtual space for all to contribute to. It has democratized ideation.

I like Miro better than Figma; the UX/UI is more intuitive for me, and Miro is more feature-rich.

Miro is well suited for anything that requires visual demonstration - flow charts, tables, concept mapping, ideation, customer journeys, etc. I would like to spend more time diving into the pre-made templates, as they seem like a great starting point for thinking about problem-solving in a different way.
