Use Cases and Deployment Scope

In the team we are using Miro to brainstorm, collect ideas, create time bound plans. We like collaboration process, visibility into the same project. We collaborate on events creation, marketing materials, campaigns for solutions promotion. We tried to use it for creation of schedule, but switch back to calendars in outlook. RACI model was recently a great addition to collaboration .

I am still not sure about the permission and adoption of different teams, it makes sense but I would like to see go-through online when you see it first. Also suggestion based on the text input will be a great addition. Where you explain the problem and it will propose you templates.

Likelihood to Recommend

Well suited the Miro will be for collaborations, and less suited for one man scenarios, where you need to present the work to management. More sophisticated graphical objects, modern fonts will improve the situation. Another example of usage will be for digital online e-learning. Where you can view videos, listen audios and interact with objects
