Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use Miro for creative design thinking, draft processes and take notes. We use it for Remote Workouts on Enterprise Architecture, Lean, Problem Solving. We also utilize it for running Scrum ceremonies and can easily scale to SoS.

Pros

  • Slalability of the tool
  • Vast amount of useful templates
  • Actual software version of "Virtual Fridge Magnet"

Cons

  • More instructional videos for users, as the amount of features available ca =n be daunting
  • Newsletter with new templates being introduced
  • Inclusion of AI engine that would help users by suggesting actions/templates/functionalities as responses to question: "What would you like to do?"
  • Cutting down on travel costs as very effective Workouts can be held remotely (Global scope)
My Team has been an early adopter of Miro and we've had some teething issues, especially around licensing as new deals were being signed by our Procurement Team. This includes access levels to different parts of the boards.
It has made an instant impact on promoting collaboration between remote Teams. We've conduced multiple workouts with tangible results thanks to Miro.

It's excellent for brain storming and remote workouts. There's nothing else like this on the market.
