Overall Satisfaction with Miro

We use it for a variety of things
  1. Brainstorming new ideas for new technology
  2. Creating an overview of our products and then being able to zoom in and provide more detailed description of our products
  3. We have also used it to outline our annual goals across all the different business areas in the business
  4. We have used it to create process flows and structures

Pros

  • Endless space for content
  • Ability to create detailed subsections on a page
  • Suggested tutorials & tips and tricks for better use of the product

Cons

  • Intuitiveness - it took me a little while to feel comfortable with all the functionalities
  • Difference in using a mouse or a trackpad
  • Clarity across multiple teams when communication is limited
  • Has helped us stay on target by providing a high level overview and then more detail if the users wants by zooming in to the relevant sections
Did not participate in the implementation of this
I have not integrated miro with any other products
As mentioned previously it has been very useful in cross collaboration with large teams scattered across the globe

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Miro is the first sort of product I have used of this nature
Well suited for brainstorming, planning, and general showcase of large pieces of information across a complex and intertwined business. I find it particularly useful when using it to collaborate with multiple stakeholders on a very large and complex project.

I would not use it to create client facing content.
