Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I am a very visual person, so being able to take detailed thoughts and easily draw them out digitally was a huge benefit. My teams use Miro to draw out processes, brainstorm large ideas, create mood boards and more.

Pros

  • Easy to use tools such as zooming, finding content, making new content, detailing
  • Collaboration among many team members in real time
  • Easy copy and pasting from other sources
  • Preloaded assets to utilize such as shapes, colors, images and more
  • Lots of space to work in and expand
  • Amazing list of features and benefits

Cons

  • I honestly can’t think of anything. Miro is such a great tool.
  • Positive impact: greater collaboration among globally-spread team members
  • Positive impact: budget friendly for teams
  • Positive impact: boosting creativity and problem solving skills
I’ve worked and collaborated on projects with people on my team who lived across the nation. The real-time editing and collaboration abilities makes Miro the best solution on the market

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

Microsoft has a tool called whiteboard in teams. It doesn’t even compare. Miro is easy to use, has a range of tools, and is smooth when collaborating with others. MS whiteboard still feels like it’s in the building stage with a lot of bugs. It’s glitchy, hard to move around in, and doesn’t offer the same amount of assets as Miro. Hands down, Miro is the dominant product.
Scenario that is great for Miro: brainstorming sessions virtually. Multiple people can interact with the board and ideas in real time. There is no delay or glitching. Everyone has the same tools available. Microsoft has tried to do this, but fails miserably compared to Miros easy tools and functionality.

Less appropriate might be for more data heavy work… spreadsheets that might require a more excel-like environment.
