Overall Satisfaction with Miro
MIRO is used for a variety of different exercises. Quick summary would be as follows:
Brainstorming, icebreaking, journey mapping, architecture breakdowns, research display (internal, competitive, database tables.
MIRO provides not only a visual aspect when solving problems, but also a modular method to adjust things on the fly. In an agile environment, this is key.

Pros
- Visuals
- Modularity
- Collaborative
Cons
- Layering of visuals; text, sticky, picture, etc.
- trying to show something '3D' or with multiple angles
- more colors choices would be nice
- Improved productivity
- Improved documentation
- improved ability to connect and gather feedback
Definitely. Our company is international, so getting colleagues on a board from all around the world is essentially and MIRO allows us to do just that with ease. Companies without MIRO and trying to collaborate will definitely struggle to do so.
Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?
Not sure
Are you happy with Miro's feature set?
Yes
Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?
I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process
Did implementation of Miro go as expected?
Yes
Would you buy Miro again?
Yes
It's like a copy - looks similar, has similar features, but MIRO just felt more 'original' to say the least.
