Overall Satisfaction with Miro

Our organization uses Miro when we're cross-team collaborating, trying to identify workflow issues, or mapping out what we anticipate a beta pilot might look like for specific features. We've used it as a more creative and inclusive way for large groups to collaborate and share ideas. I also use it to manage my team's quarterly goals and the objectives within each of these goals.

Pros

  • Easy to navigate.
  • Easy for teams to work together - see changes/updates in real-time.
  • Easy to access other templates/boards.

Cons

  • Would love for other team maps to be easier to find.
  • Improved collaboration.
While I've been at this company, I've been part of many teams that have used Miro on different projects/road mapping/idea sharing. All of it seems to have worked well.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

For larger groups (or even smaller teams) it is a fantastic way to collaborate, keep track of individual contributions, and visually see how the work is coming together. I especially think this product is well-suited for remote and/or teams that are in multiple places at once. It's a little less appropriate for more structured and/or defined meetings.
