Overall Satisfaction with Miro
We are mainly use it for process visualisation, mind maps and as a collaboration for pitching projects. It closes a significant job of discovery phase and collaborative, simultaneous work on the projects. The scope is stretched from mind maps to prototyping. One of the latest problems was to draw an architecture overview of one of the systems and share with stakeholders.
- Templates for any occasion
- Collaborative work (simultaneously multiple users)
- Presentation of the ideas
- Scrolling and moving on the board is about counter-intuitive - users need to get used to it
- Putting a lot of stuff on 1 board can make it messy, but not a problem of the tool
- Nothing to change tbh
- Reduced time for setting up templates
- Reduced complexity
- Setup a common space with documented prototypes
It brought clarity to the company, where to draw and share the concepts/prototypes. Moreover, it helps everyone with cold-start on the project. Especially useful for junior positions, who struggle with cold- starts of the projects. On top of that, we already gathered significant documentation tries and failures there. Since w have people in different locations - it also helps to collaborate more effectively.
