Overall Satisfaction with Miro

I use Miro to document/outline workflows used in a number of our software tools

Pros

  • Flow charts
  • Lists
  • Collaboration

Cons

  • Increased exporting options (e.g., PowerPoint)
  • Improved productivity
  • Increased collaboration
  • Increased visibility
  • Improved communication
It works great as a centralized location for information that anyone can access. Recently, we had an extremely important series of meetings with a software vendor in person. They met with each and every entity/department within our enterprise and meetings were extremely detailed, and it was important that the discussions and points made were documented. It was my task to take notes on the meetings. However, rather than quietly taking notes in the corner, we utilized Miro as a digital whiteboard so all participants of the meeting could see the notes live on the screen, comment if something was noted down incorrectly or needed more clarification, catch up if they needed to step out of the meeting, better understand a point being made, focus easier, etc.

Do you think Miro delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Miro's feature set?

Yes

Did Miro live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Miro go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Miro again?

Yes

For me, Miro has been extremely beneficial for documenting workflows our enterprise uses within a number of our software tools. Creating steps within workflows and connecting those steps to multiple outcomes, etc. is extremely easy within Miro. Also - I do not do this alone, and Miro makes it extremely easy to collaborate over this type of documentation, or really any time of documentation
