Lucidchart

Miro's sharing and real-time collaboration are much easier to use, its interface is far cleaner, and it gets all the little details right.

Likelihood to Recommend

It's excellent for live workshopping, mapping out complex process flows, and organizing high volumes of small pieces of information, but it's unlikely to be robust enough a tool for the organization of larger chunks of information. Some users less experienced with flowcharting may struggle to pick it up, but it has a shorter learning curve than a competitor we used to use (Lucidchart).
